How to Listen to Each Other

Dear Ones,

Many events are currently happening across the face of the earth that seem disheartening and even threatening to your established views, habits, and ways of being. The real issue at hand is how do you want to perceive your own life? Do you want to cower in fear and to ride upon the mass hysteria that at times seems to be overrunning common sense, or do you want to create a sense of peace within your own being that speaks deeply from your soul and whispers that all is as it is exactly meant to be.flower

You see, Dear Ones, you are moving through a time of great shifts where it indeed seems that you are regressing into paradigms of violence–ones that feed the mass conscious ideas of tribalism that continue to shape much of your current world.

So who is right and who is wrong? This question is often asked. Many of you have noticed that even those answers are serving to polarize the populace into an even greater division over who is better at perceiving reality than the next person. Yet the truth is that reality is exactly what you perceive it to be. Many human-based truths exist on this planet, all shaped by human consciousness.

The divisions that continue to pit parent against child, religion against unbelievers, and many of the chaotic events that transpire in your world, are based on a lack of personal integrity. All have the power to step back and to set their fears aside and to ask what is the highest good for all, but it is often easier to continue to think in ways that are comfortable and that make the most sense to you.

And what happens? You then return to what is familiar to you, sharing your beliefs and stories with those who believe in similar fashion to conform with your own bias, and to likewise dismiss and denigrate that which is different from your own views, and the division continues.bird

So how do you take the many divisions and conflicting beliefs and find peace? You let go of the ideas that insist you must be separate to be safe, that you must continue to wage war in some fashion to bully your opposition into submission. This is not love, Dear Ones. Love speaks to the highest good of all, without agenda and sees all people as equally blessed by the Creator and deserving of the fullness that life has to offer.

Could it be Dear Ones, that all are right in how you perceive the world? What would happen if you could allow every human the dignity of experiencing his/her own choice as important as your own? How would it change things? This is the exact dynamic that you are dealing with as a collective. Your collective ideas of reality have relied upon the brain’s programming to see your world as correct. Your science will tell you as much, that your brains are hardwired to perceive your would as safe, right, and predictable, and so where does this leave you?

You can remain unconscious to your “collective” rightness, which in a sense blinds you to the opportunities that abound in creating greater peace and opportunities for all, or you can choose differently. When you understand the human programming behind the sense of tribalism, which compels this sense of rightness in people across the earth, it asks that you put the programming to be right aside, and to learn to listen to each other in new and more effective ways. When you learn to do so, the doors to compassion will open wide and great will be your joy.
